I painted myself into a corner in search of this purse because I was trying to duplicate a small leather purse my sister-in-law had on our last trip. I wanted a purse small enough for travel (check), but with enough pockets and places to be organized (check), genuine leather (check), adjustable strap (check), in a portrait orientation (check). When it arrived, I was not disappointed — in the least. While the photo shows a front flap, the position of the front pocket allows you to tuck the flap in if you prefer a cleaner look. The zip pocket at the back is roomy enough for a small wallet and passport and even in a purse this compact, the interior zip pocket is still big enough to easily hold my iPhone making it even more perfect for traveling.
Before ordering I was concerned about the claim that this purse had an adjustable strap because even with a close up examination of the photo, I couldn't see any hardware where the strap could be adjusted. That was one of the first things I looked at when it arrived. The strap is adjusted by knotting one end in the interior of the purse. Genius! The strap still is adjustable but has a clean look.
Well worth all the time and energy put into finding the ideal travel purse.
This bag is as advertised and I'm very happy with it (I've had it about two weeks; will add more if I find problems later). The leather is soft and supple and doesn't bleed on your clothing (at least the black doesn't). The strap is easily adjustable. It has a slip-in pocket under the flap, a zip pocket on the back, and a small zip pocket inside. It holds what I need: in the main pocket: wallet, phone, pen, lipgloss; inner zip pocket: keys. Outer slip pocket, small Nook (it's not large enough for any tablet I know of). I also keep a small flat change purse and small notepad in the outer zip pocket. If you have additional bulky items you like to carry it may be too small for your purposes. I would like to have room for sunglasses in a case but it won't hold that with what I already carry, but that isn't a big deal for me. If I could change anything, I would make it 1/4-1/2" deeper, 1/2-1" wider, and maybe an inch taller. It's lightweight, and good for casual to dressier wear (IMO). I am tempted to buy it in some other colors but the black works with just about everything so I'm happy. If the size works for you, I highly recommend this bag.
I love the size, weight and quality of this mini crossbag. I have one in tan and black. It fits for me perfectly a small wallet, a small change purse, 1-2 lipsticks, and my Samsung phone on the outer pocket (sticks out a bit, but I don't mind because I'm constantly using my phone) . I live in a busy city so I love the zipper plus the flap, and the fact that I can carry it in front of me comfortably, and it blends in without grabbing too much attention.
This bag is just the right size for me. I don't ever like carrying a big bag, and I like my hands to be free, so this works in every way. The leather is soft and the color is bright. I can fit my iPhone, lipstick, wallet, and any other small item I may need. I love it!
Update: I now own this in 3 different colors, and I love them all.
OMG - this little red gem is just perfect - size, color, construction and material. I love my bit bags (and believe me I have some super large bags) but I find myself looking for more smaller/mini crossbody bags when I am on the run / traveling and just need to carry the essentials. My essentials are my cell (of course), keys, credit card case, slim wallet for bills/coins, lip gloss/lipstick - which fit perfectly in this bag. I highly recommend it.

Big enough to hold my smallish wallet (with my cards) my small brush/mirror, dark glasses and phone. Still a small area for extra items left...Lightweight enough to wear continually when out (no more forgotten bags left on a chair or floor) Nice soft leather, well made, many styles available online at Ili.com I have two of these bags, and recently bought one for my 10 year old granddaughter. Also bought one with a cowhide side in Las Vegas's Cowboy Christmas, even tho I'm not much of a cowboy. Love these bags.
Perfect size. Pockets for credit cards. Fits cell phone. I thought the flap was a nice touch but it’s kind of annoying for me. Still use the bag often though.
Great little handbag! Fits my phone, a small wallet, lipstick keys and a few other bits and bobs. Super comfortable for traveling, going out, or any day I don't feel like carrying a huge bag. The leather is great, soft and bright, I love the color. The stitching and zippers are great too.
Love the color, love the size. This is the third one I purchased; one in black, one in royal blue and this purchase was to replace the royal blue purse that I wore out.
