Ok.....so I love the purse. It’s cute, a perfect size for what I carry. But this warning really freaked me out. Thank you to California for being a leader in environmental issues.
When I received my bag I was sure I ordered a leather bag my mistake. Being vegan, it is important to me not to buy any animal products. I emailed Chala to ask about it and they verified that the material is vegan. It's soft and looks like a real leather bag. The workmanship is top rate. No more vinyl bags for me.

I love this purse! The outside pockets on both sides of the purse are incredibly useful. I gets tons of compliments on this purse. I love having just the one long strap. Great quality purse!
I love foxes. It’s not too big but big enough for my kindle. Thicker strap seem to help to balance the weight of the bag, though it’s not too heavy to begin with.
